Anthony Lorenz
Having started out in commercial property in 1966 working for Lewis & Tucker, Anthony Lorenz is today one of the best-known names in the London property market.

He started his own company, Baker Lorenz, in 1972. A niche practice specialising in professional work such as rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring... today commonly called asset management.

In 2001, his company was sold to Hercules plc, who then merged Baker Lorenz with Dunlop Haywards to become Dunlop Hayward Lorenz. That was subsequently purchased by Erinaceous plc.

In early 2007, The Lorenz Consultancy was established as a niche practice by Anthony, taking himself and his growing team back to his successful customer focused roots.

Kathryn Sowter
Kathryn has over 15 years commercial property experience, specialising in rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring, valuations and general consultancy work on behalf of both Landlord and Occupier Clients.

Prior to joining The Lorenz Consultancy in June 2008, Kathryn worked for CB Richard Ellis for 12 years and BT Group Property.

Robert woodland
Robert graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in Economics in 2007. He joined The Lorenz Consultancy in September 2007 and handles rent reviews, lease renewals and the acquisition and disposal of commercial accommodation throughout the UK with Andrew Knights.

Andrew Knights
Andrew joined The Lorenz Consultancy in March 2008 having previously worked in North London as a residential estate agent. Andrew deals with the acquisitions and disposals of commercial accommodation throughout the UK and runs the commercial agency department with Robert Woodland.

Claire Simmonds
Claire started her career in property joining Anthony Lorenz at Baker Lorenz in May 2000. She stayed with the company until April 2008 (by then part of the Erinaceous Group) and then re-joined Anthony Lorenz at The Lorenz Consultancy.
