The right rent, which should be paid for a commercial property, is based on the interaction between the detailed specification of the property, its location and comparable premises in that market and, perhaps most importantly, its lease terms.
The Rent Review Team specialise in analyzing specification, have knowledge of each and every location and it’s comparables, and perhaps most importantly, Case Law which can be so valuable in proving whether a lease is advantageous or disadvantageous to the hypothetical Tenant, thus affecting the rent eventually paid.
