Acting for Bowood Partners Insurance Brokers, The Lorenz Consultancy have extended their lease which was to expire in June 2009, outside the Landlord & Tenant Act for a term of up to a year on some 10,000 sq ft, subject to the Tenant having no end term dilapidations liability.

The deal was struck to enable Bowood and their parent, RK Harrison, to relocate after the date of the lease expiry.
