Hat Trick plus 1 of West End Acquisitions for The Lorenz Consultancy

The Lorenz Consultancy have negotiated 3 West End acquisitions in less than 2 months, including 7,910 sq.ft for Jendens Stockbrokers at 11-14 Grafton Street, taken at a rent of circa £62.50 per sq.ft with a 10 month rent free period. 2,192 sq.ft at 10-12 Cork Street for Caithness Petroleum at a rent of £39.50 psf with a rent free period of 10 months; 5,353 sq.ft for Alaska Metals at Cadbury Schweppes building in Berkeley Square at a rent of £75 psf with a 16 month rent free period, being the first letting in the newly refurbished building and 6,592 sq ft for Redtray Ltd at 57-59 Haymarket at a rent of £37 per sq ft with a 12 month rent free period.

“There's certainly some life in the West End market” say Robert Woodland and Andrew Knights, who are also rumored to be in negotiation concerning the disposal of offices in Curzon Plaza, Park Lane.
