WPP - A first for The Lorenz Consultancy when global advertisers, WPP, entrusted them with handle their lease renewal of 15,000 sq ft in Berger House, Berkeley Square. They originally occupied the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 7th floors but negotiations were concluded to acquire new leases on 3rd, 4th and 7th floors. Even though there were lettings in the building at £65.00 per sq ft, the settlement was concluded at £55.00 per a sq ft, due to the fact the Landlord probably intends to redevelop at the end of the five year term.
