After a quote of over £50.00 per sq ft on some 7,500 sq ft the settlement was negotiated at under £40.00 per sq ft with five years left remaining on the lease. The Lorenz Consultancy then thought about the Landlords' investment value and knowing that they wanted a ten year lease secured a five months rent free period to extend the existing lease for an extra five years.
