Tony Lorenz acted successfully for Stoll Moss Theatres in the eighties and nineties through to the purchase by Andrew Lloyd Webbers Really Useful Group in 2000. The Lorenz Consultancy continues as the lead consultant for the Group for rent reviews and property negotiations.

Recent projects include the successful negotiation of the rent review at our old Soho Square headquarters, bringing a near £60/ sq ft demand to below £50. Successful reviews at the top London nightclub Movida where we are the freeholder and the holding of a 1995 position through two reviews up to 2011 at our Head Office.
