Mariana Capital Markets Ltd instructed us to find a city premises and eventually settled on the 3rd Floor at 34 Threadneedle Street comprising 1,480 sq ft. We negotiated a lease term to expire December 2014 held at a rent of £25.00 per sq ft with a Tenant only option to determine in December 2011.
