Lalique were recommended to us to handle the disposal of their leasehold interest on their prime New Bond Street shop and to locate and acquire alternative premises. After extensive negotiations, we surrendered the lease back to the Landlord held for only 4 years at a rent of virtually £500,000 per annum for a premium of circa £1,000,000, which helped to fund the simultaneous acquisition of their new Headquarters building on Conduit Street, comprising a retail unit with offices above.
