6 Haunch of Venison Yard, London, W1

The famous modern art gallery, Haunch of Venison, where issued with a redevelopment notice from their Landlord. By fighting their corner, The Lorenz Consultancy litigated with the Landlord to show a way in which the Landlord could carry on the scheme with the Tenant remaining in occupation. Eventually a compromise was reached which was mutually advantageous whereby the Tenant vacated, the Landlord carried out his redevelopment and then pre-let the building to Haunch of Venison, now owned by Christies – a successful result all round.
