Citylink Telecommunications were recommended to us to locate their new offices after their lease expired at 89 Albert Embankment. After an extensive search, we settled on some 2,504 sq ft on a lease expiring in March 2019. We negotiated a rent of £35.00 per sq ft with an initial 6 month rent free period.
