We negotiate the acquisition for them on a leasehold or freehold basis at the most beneficial terms on price, rental level and incentives.
We keep our clients fully updated throughout the process.
On leaseholds the longer the term, the more substantial the inducement.
Our involvement only ends when the acquisition has completed.
